Unlike a typical room rental, the Mountain Room offers significantly more privacy and independence, including its own private exterior entrance, private bathroom, and kitchenette area.

The room has its own private entrance and private full bathroom, so you won't need to share a bathroom with the homeowners. The home is occupied by a quiet husband and wife.

The Mountain Room includes:

$1,550/month

6-month rental contract required

Large furnished private room/suite

Utilities and Wi-Fi are NOT included in the $1,550 monthly rent and will be billed separately by invoice.

The room is furnished and offers considerably more independence and privacy than a traditional bedroom rental while still being part of a private residence.

RENTAL TERM

We are looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month rental contract and then we can always renew afterwards.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, considerate, and financially reliable.

Because this is part of a private family property, finding the right fit is very important to us. We are not simply looking for the first person who can pay the rent.

IMPORTANT — IN-PERSON MEETING REQUIRED

I will be available for in-person meetings from the evening of Saturday, Sunday September 5 or the morning of Monday, September 7.

An in-person meeting during this period is required in order to be considered for this Mountain Room.
